TurnKey are committed to delivering mid-long stay bookings starting from a month to a year or more. Our primary objective is reaching the market that other agents miss, this includes people that are moving home and need a temporary base to mature students that have the budget for a more private base while studying.
Becoming a partner of TurnKey couldn’t be easier, you will have your own dedicated account manager that will assist you in loading your properties to our user friendly website and once complete you can rest assured with our extensive sales and marketing it will only be a matter of time before your account manager will be in contact with bookings to boost your occupancy.

We’ll assist in loading your properties and will update any changes at your request.
The guest will pay the first full months rent to TurnKey which will be transferred to you less our commission after they move in. You will then collect the remaining rent on a monthly basis directly from the guest.
We want our guests to have as much flexibility as possible but understand this can be a pain point for operators. For every request we’ll let you know the preferred cancellation terms and you’re welcome to propose a counter-offer. We’ll let you know how your offer stacks up against other providers so you can choose to be more competitive if you wish.
We market your properties to the entire rental market so you can expect a mix of corporate bookings, academics, mature students and mid-stay individual guests. Our bookings are a minimum of one month and our average booking is around three months.
