OUR STANDARDS
When you rent through TurnKey, you can be confident that we will book you with a quality operator that takes your comfort, safety and experience as seriously as we do. That’s why we have implemented five Quality Standards for all of our partners.
- All of our properties will be ready for guests to move into right away and stay for as long as they need. This means that every unit must have its own bathroom, laundry facilities, kitchen and living space. All bills, internet and utilities must be included in the final price with no surprise costs.
- Partners are required to submit proof of relevant insurances, safety policies and necessary procedures prior to being approved. This is to ensure that all of our clients are housed in legally compliant and safe accommodation, no exceptions.
- Cleanliness and hospitality are two defining features of quality serviced apartment operators. We keep track of the top operators in all of our core cities and carry out regular audits of online reviews as well as the comments of our own clients. This is to ensure the continued excellent service of TurnKey partners.

You want to know who you’re staying with. That’s why we ask all of our partners to introduce themselves to you right away and carry out meet & greet key handovers where possible.
- We will only offer well maintained, quality accommodation to our clients. Everything from the room fittings to the communal areas should be well maintained with care and attention. Our operators take pride in what they do and this shows through their continued dedication to providing the best inventory the market has to offer!

It’s easy, just click on “view apartments” put in your location, select which apartment takes your fancy and either call us and speak to an account manager or fill out the quick form and we will contact you with the details.
TurnKey will take the first months rent, this can be paid by bank transfer or credit card and the remaining balance will be paid to the provider on a monthly basis
Most of our partners require 14 days notice to vacate but this will depend on the property and length of stay
Some of our partners will require a deposit, this will be shown in the property description but we done all we can to ensure this is manageable.
